The location and staff was what makes that place exceptional. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a very relaxing area. Also, a public art sculpture was max 20 minutes walk to. The staff did all they can for a splendid stay. Quiet garden and very clean pool...

it was great value for money among other available hotels in chicago. quiet location, fabulous staff, lots of food for the continental breakfast. we loved our warm enough room and comfortable beds. the sushi bar was fabulous and the drinks were bottled. there was an impeccable restaurant, the shops and all stores next door. the beach nearby was magnificent and the view was superb.

Decent base for city break in Chicago. Totally a special experience. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like The Grill on the Alley that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport
